REDARC's 12V Daytime Light Module is a helpful safety feature that is suitable for commercial, industrial, and fleet vehicles but also for everyday drivers who prefer to be conscientious about their road safety. This module is designed to ensure that your headlights are on whenever your vehicle is being operated, as recent research has suggested that running your headlights during daylight can provide an increase in the visibility of your vehicle.
The module features a 10-second turn-on delay, which is designed to reduce the load on engines during cranking. This feature is especially useful for vehicles that already have a large starting load, such as the Landcruiser 100 and 200 series diesel models. This model is designed to fit 12V vehicles with either positive or negative-switched lighting.
Note that daytime running light modules are now compulsory on many mine sites as OH&S provisions.
The REDARC Key On Lights On Controller is delivered with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering faults and material defects.
