How do I know what fits my vehicle?
Just give us your registration number or vehicle make/model/year and we'll confirm exactly what fits. Every product listing also has vehicle compatibility info, or use the "Shop by Vehicle" bar at the top of the site.
Do you offer fitting / installation?
Yes - we have a network of fitting partners across New Zealand. Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or regional NZ - we can organise professional installation. Mention fitting when you enquire and we'll sort it.
How long does shipping take?
Free standard shipping on most products to NZ and Australia. Orders dispatch within 1-7 business days - most in-stock items ship within 1-3. Estimated delivery: NZ 2-7 business days, Australia 4-12 business days. Tracking sent by email once dispatched.
Do you offer Afterpay?

Will a bullbar pass WOF?
All our bullbars are NZ WOF compliant and ADR approved. Designed to meet NZTA requirements for frontal protection devices. We've never had a customer fail a WOF because of our products.
What's your warranty policy?
All parts come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Some brands like Rockarmor offer extended structural warranties. Email orders@krenbits.com with your order number and photos and we'll sort it.
Can I return a product?
Unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return - get in touch with your order number and we'll sort it. Fitted or used products can't be returned unless faulty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship worldwide. Freight is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. If you need a quote beforehand, get in touch with what you're after and your shipping address.
