Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. New Zealand and Australian orders enjoy free shipping on most products. International orders are subject to shipping costs calculated at checkout. All customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.
How much does shipping cost?
New Zealand & Australia: Free on most products. Some oversized or freight-only items may incur additional charges, which will be shown at checkout.
International: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size.
How long will delivery take?
- New Zealand: 2–7 business days
- Australia: 4–12 business days
- International: 7–28 business days
These are estimates. Dispatch occurs within 1–7 business days of order confirmation. Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.
Which carriers do you use?
We use NZ Post, Australia Post, FedEx, Aramex, and other reputable freight providers depending on the size and destination of your order.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes — a tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately at sales@krenbits.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Can I supply parts for any vehicle?
